We recently connected with Tim and Tina of Bajavaria, much like us, their journey led them on an adventure down to the Baja Peninsula in their trusty RV. And, like kindred spirits, they too sensed the magnetic pull of Todos Santos, believing it to be the place where they could create something of their own.

Tim, with his experience in the bar and beer industry, had long nurtured the dream of cultivating their very own beer garden. Nestled alongside fellow local eateries, cafes and shops in the Las Tunas district, they unearthed the perfect spot to bring their vision to life.

Bajavaria is a haven for beer enthusiasts, it’s a cool ambiance with a speakeasy vibe. The centerpiece is a custom U-shaped bar, paying homage to a beloved San Francisco watering hole, where Mexican craft beers and German brews flow freely from the taps. Outside, beneath the enchanting glow of string lights, communal seating invites lively conversations. Inside, a cozy room offers a retreat for those seeking a more intimate setting. It's not just about the in-house experience; they also offer an impressive selection of beers to take home.

Tim and Tina are true foodies as well, they are constantly hosting pop-up events and forging collaborations with fellow local businesses and chefs. In the near future, they're set to embark on a culinary fusion, with plans to unveil a German-Mexican kitchen that promises to be a perfect pairing to the brew they serve.

Tim and Tina's beer garden is not just a place; it's a community hub. BajaVaria is an inviting bar with a speakeasy twist, where laughter, music, and good times are always on tap.
